Need a big weekend, was tempted to go big on Walsall and Roda PK's but keeping them small as I just want to slowly recoup my losses from recent bad run (since playing Ajax -1.5 live last Friday and the Over 3 live in Sabadell game). Walsall are away at Crewe, neither team have anything to play for, and Crewe's Manager confirmed earlier in week that he will be fielding a side consisting of just Academy players, so will be a lot of young players. This is because Crewe are quite well known for having a good academy system so are kind of doing it as a romantic novelty type of celebration thing! Walsall might take it easy as it's last game of season and nothing to play for, but they have gone 15 games without losing, so the PK probably wouldn't of been a bad play even if Crewe intended to play their 1st team on Saturday! I should of maxed the -148 as it's now moved all the way to -250 to -300 range!
Could of had a nice risk-free play if I'd put a lot more on it then arbed with the Crewe PK
With Roda, they are in a must win position against RKC who are 4 points above them. Roda are very hard to beat at home as we've seen recently when they came back from 2-1 down against PSV to get a point, and then the amazing come-back from 3-0 down against Vitesse to get a point. Roda have only lost 3 at home, with two of those coming against Ajax and Feyenoord which is obviously nothing to be ashamed about. Roda have had 3 very tough home games in a row with having to play Feyenoord, PSV, and Vitesse consecutively, but before having to play those 3 title chasers they beat Groningen 4-1 at home. RKC on other hand have only won once on their travels all season, and will probably be happy to get a point from this as it would mean they'd keep the 4 point gap between themselves and Roda. Expecting the vociferous home support to guide Roda to a 2-1 win on Saturday evening and give Roda a small chance of escaping the relegation play-off place.Comment -

ADO Den Haag PK @ -161 at home to VVV Venlo...
ADO have been woeful recently losing 5 games on the bounce. Their centre-back Beugelsdijk put in one of the worst defensive performances I've ever witnessed when they were away at RKC and had to be taken off at half-time! However, 3 of those 5 losses were away from home, and the two home ones were against two of the top 5 sides in Twente and Vitesse. Before those 2 games they'd gone 6 home games without losing (winning 4 of them). VVV haven't been in the best of form either though, getting just 1 point from last 7 fixtures. They came close to beating Twente last weekend after going 2-0 up but ended up drawing 2-2. Usually that would be a nice morale booster as a point against Twente isn't a bad result at all, but being 2-0 up and then blowing it in second-half is a bit different and has probably not helped boost morale after going 6 games without getting a point before that game. VVV really need a win as Willem II won last weekend so only 3 points behind them now. Their history in Den Haag doesnt bode well though... out of 12 trips to Den Haag they have never won a game, and only drawn 4. They also lost 4-2 at home to Den Haag back in August.Comment -

#4589Haha that performance of Beugelsdijk was unreal, almost like he was fixing
But I think they should win against VVV yeah, only ADO can never be trusted imo.Comment -

#4590ha yeah, the thing is it aint that uncommon in Eredivisie though! Been some other comical performances in defense recently (although granted not as bad as Beugelsdijk's!).... Reijnen for AZ, van der Hoorn for Utrecht, and Koenders for Heracles spring to mind!Comment -

#4591Wow vd Hoorn was sick that own goal hahaha, but whole Utrecht was strange that day, making stupid fouls when they had yellow etc to get reds and give away penaltys.
They say in Eredivisie there are no fixes, but sometimes I really doubt it lol.
Reijnen and Koenders are always bad btw.Comment -

#4592Should say that like with the Roda PK, Im also playin that ADO PK smaller than I was initially tempted to. Cant trust either of those sides really, especially at this stage of season when there is a lot at stake (and in Ado's case a lot more at stake for the away side).Comment -

#4593Volendam -1 A.H. @ -108 at home to MVV...
A win for Volendam would guarantee the title and promotion to Eredivisie. MVV will be without key midfielder and top-scorer Van Hyfte (31 apps, 11 goals), and also midfielder Rutjes (25 apps, 1 goal), defender Kuipers (10 apps, 1 goal), and striker Schreurs (20 apps, 10 goals). MVV have only lost 1 game away from home so keeping this smallish stake.Comment -

#4594Nimes PK @ -150 & -165 at home to Angers...
Angers will be without top-scorer Claudiu Keseru (31 apps, 17 goals), and midfielder Manceau (25 apps, 1 goal). Nimes are solid at home, they have lost just two games out of their last 14, and have won 10 of those.Comment -

#4599Also people generally back the home side in Ligue 2 as it's one of those leagues were home advantage tends to be quite significant. 9 teams in the league have only lost 3 or less games at home. Only 6 teams have conceded more than they've scored at homeComment -

#4618Tottenham PK @ -192 away at Wigan...
Bale and Defoe both available for a change and players have been able to finally have a rest after having just the Man City game over last 16 days. Only Sandro and Gallas unavailable, Wigan without Alcaraz who has been one of their better defenders recently. With Ramis also still out, I dont see how Boyce and Caldwell are going to be able to deal with likes of Bale, Defoe, Holtby, Dembele, and Dempsey. This will be my largest play of weekend.Comment -

#4619Tranmere/Bournemouth Over 2.5 goals @ +101...
Tranmere Manager Ronnie Moore has said he will play with a more attacking style tomorrow as it's last game of season and only have pride to play for. A win for Bournemouth would guarantee the title, and they could easily score 2 or 3 themselves tomorrow.Comment -
