bet365 does not allow U.S. customers. If you are outside the U.S. all you need to do is open and an account. you can withdrawal funds at your request!

Anyway Im guessing it's the same elsewhere. Have never had any problems with this company. As to registration, well the usual stuff, Personal details, a copy of ID when you make your first withdrawal...well what else. From what I know you can't be a member if you come from the states.
