But people let's face it! Arsenal is an "almost" team all the time! A team that has had good players but at the end will let down!
Don't know if this time they can change the history! Especially against this Barca.

wont Arsenal just play shut down defense? Obviously Barca needs to win, and win big, but will Arsenal let them?
I think they embrace what they are up against... all of the possession, the shots, the tilt of the pitch, but that will just allow them to settle in. They are playing for the draw, and at the current line, i think it's worth a shot...
And why not parlay both sides of the Goal Line with a couple NCAAB favorites and root for the even money to come thru?

They can't just park the bus like Inter did last year. They need to show they can go forward, keep possession at times and counterattack. Arsenal is not defensively strong enough to let Barcelona knock on the door all game with out reply.

My bias had it marked already but after seeing how chilldish PEP is acting and downplaying Jack Wilshire and Messi playing Mind games, makes me even more confident. 2-2 Draw or 3-2 Barca win.

As far as whether arsenal will try to go all defensive. We don't have the personnel to attempt that today -- Diaby or Denilson in the middle is a testament to that and our center halves paired with a young goal keeper (despite the fact they have been playing superb for the Gunners)/

Im on Arsenal to qualify too for small stakes.

Although it would not surprise me if Barca hump them by 3 goals. However I dont think that will happen tonight.
I think the chances of Arsenal qualifying are better than the odds suggest so I see good value here. Lets not forget they hold the advantage in this tie and showed great spirit to come back at the Emirates. If they score the first goal Barca are seriously on the back foot and heads may drop (maybe).

Having said all that, Arsenal must try and attack as though they need to win the game. If they sit back and invite pressure in the hope of a draw then Barca WILL score!

A little insurance bet on Barca to win by 1 at +300 may be in order.
