Yeah, I follow most European leagues, South American leagues, Australian A-League, American MLS and Mexican league. I watch a lot of games through live streaming over the internet, I literally spend hours and hours doing this and I absolutely love it! It's great fun.

Should have got this one earlier but I thought the line would move up, rather than down. The line keeps moving down so thought I would take this price before it drops further. I like Odd Grenland to win so, at worst, it would be a push.

So far I've had 5 wins and 5.5 losses, for a loss of 0.73 Units. Still got the Cruzeiro and Seattle bets to be decided. Bit of an upset seeing both Kalmar and Nordsjaelland lose at home today but that's what happens in football sometimes.

You're right, today was a little bit of a below average day but that's what happens in sports betting. Yesterday I made a nice profit of +1.75 Units, today it looks like I'll make a small loss of -0.68. It's a long term proposition, as long as you are making a profit in the long term, then you'll be fine.

Just in case anyone is interested, I've had a 22 cent line movement in my favour for the Icasa match and a 2 cent line movement against me in the Portuguesa match.

Overall line movements for today's bets = 20 cents in my favour (this is 1 hour 40 minutes before my 2 bets begin playing)

It's a good thing to keep track of, can help you to determine if your bets are +EV, which can give you an idea about long term profitability.

Nah, it doesn't necessarily mean that. If the book has Icasa at -110, this indicates a break even percentage of 52.38%. I got Icasa at +112, so that indicates I would only need to win this bet 47.17% of the time to break even on that market. It is therefore easier to make a long term profit on the line that I bet vs the line currently available at the book.

Sportsbooks like to know whether or not a player will be profitable long term. They have found that a good way of determining whether or not a player will be profitable, is to see how often they beat the closing line and by how much they beat the closing line.

If you regularly beat the closing lines (get a better price), more often than not, then this is a good indication that you will probably be a profitable bettor, in the long term, in that sport.

I hope that explains it for you a little bit better.

I would say no, phenomenon, due to the fact that you pay more juice on parlays then you would on straight bets. You would be much better off playing them as single, straight bets.

Just so you know, my stats indicated to bet on Portuguesa if the odds were -102 or better.

If you can find the prices I've just mentioned, or better, then I would play these bets. Otherwise, it would be better to not bet, if you don't find the right price.
