they will implode when they face a quality team. They got in on a play in game with Costa Rica. They got a great draw by getting put in with FRA, MEX and RSA. Who knew the French would not show up. MEX is overrated and RSA had no chance. They dodged ARG and will most likely face the USA.

Knockout stage is completely different. Anything can happen. I'm thinking back to Korea when they made the semis. If it comes down to teams playing defensive then it will come down to who can handle pressure at the spot kick. Good luck to your Uruguay picks.

I felt like Mexico wouuld of been a worse draw for Korea because I kinda feel like Korea is the Mexico of the EAST just not as talented as the MEXICANS.The Mexicans have a creative style of play that a lot of countrys dont play like. But the funny thing here is that they run into Argentina which is just a crazy talent of players. You also have to take into consideration that the Korean side has star players playing in Europe now which has vastly improved the Korean National team. So the experience has gone up . All I no is im rooting for a monster victory!!

Well if you know football then you know teams change, and most of the time the better team has a better shot in the long run. Ask Jimmy if he'd rather have USA or England as a potential Quarter final match up.

Uruguay has played well so far, but their competition is about to get a lot stiffer. Based on the odds listed above, I feel like they've gone from not getting enough respect at the group stage to getting a little too much in the second round.

United States will make the semifinals, especially if they can get one call to go their way. The story of this world cup for me is not the games but how incompetent the referees are, combined with no instant replay, combined with one old ref who doesnt for 22 world class athletes, how does this make sense. The refs in every game just guess at the calls, how could they possibly see anything with that much ground to cover.
