Don't you smell a fix?
Tim Cahill gets a red card against Germany, so he misses the games against Ghana.
Ghana needs a PK to tie the game.
The ref assigned to the Germany vs Ghana game is the most crooked ref in the game. He is a Braziian his name is Carlos Simon. Look at this........
Carlos Eugênio Simon (born 3 September 1965) is a FIFA football referee from Brazil. He is also a journalist and a former trade unionist. Simon has been an international referee since 1998 and his first international game was between Ecuador and Peru. He was a referee in the 2002 FIFA World Cup and 2006 FIFA World Cup. He has been the top Brazilian referee for several years.
During the 2006 FIFA World Cup, Simon officiated at three matches. In the second-round match between Germany and Sweden, he came under criticism from BBC pundits for sending off Sweden's Teddy Lučić for a second bookable offence. He also controversially grinned at Lučić after pulling out the red card.[1]
In 2009 Simon was banned for six weeks amid accusations of incompetence and corruption. Simon was suspended by his national federation for 'a repetition of mistakes' and accusations that he disallowed a perfectly good goal for Palmeiras against Fluminense.[2]
Also Ghana is the last African team that has a chance, which Sepp Blatter said one African team will make the playoff round.
Beware ppl who are taking Germany.
