I saw that, but is the lineup the same?

Like the Uruguay play a lot. They have more than enough to win this game and match up extremely well versus the host nation. I think this game could go over, one of the few times I've felt that this entire cup.

not entirely.
Uruguay will have to do without Nicolas Lodeiro, who came on as a substitute against France but conceded a red card not much later. Dikgacoi and Masilela of South Africa, as well as Uruguay's Lugano and Victorino will need to be careful after picking up yellow cards in their first game.

On paper Uruguay is a much stronger team. Not always a good idea to bet against the home team in a tournament like such. Game could be fixed and the home team usually get the calls just like in any other sport.

With Uruguay’s attack struggling to produce and the home side getting an edge when it comes to the officials, expect the South Africans to sneak out a tight victory.
Pick: South Africa

I think anyone basing their vision of Uruguay's offense on the France match should find them much more attractive today. They showed up to defend against France. Today, they should be showing up to attack and take all three points. Don't expect them to look anything like the team from the France match ... or at least I hope they don't because that will be boring as F.

I wouldn't say Uruguay is struggling to score if your basing it on the France/Uruguay game last Friday. They wanted to contend in this group and make it out so they played a really defensive game and didn't produce much scoring chances. Uruguay finished the qualifying group with 28 goals for, behind Braziil (33) and Chilie (32). This team can definitely score but I don't see them lighting up SA today. I'd say a 1-0 full-time score in favor of Uruguay.
