I have serbia advancing at -110 for 1x. I think you are overrating Ghana. Essien is a top 6-7 midfielder in the world IMO and the best defensive mid there is. Cameroon is solid, and Refs will make sure they give SA every opportunity to advance (even though they might not).

Serbia had 5 good minutes the rest was all ghana , they got lucky to score the winning goal late into the game but they were clearly the better team over the 90 minutes of play.
