When you get a red card and have to sit out the next game. OK you are not available for that game because you have national team duties. Would you have to sit the next game you are available or does your national team duties still count and you can play when you come back from national team duties?
Please help me I have an important question

#2National team and Club team are separate, a red card in a club game is for club football only same with national team. If a player received a red card in a club game, he can play in the national team game but not in the next club game.Comment -

#4One more question..............
The announcers keep referring to Toyota Park being a big park and the players have some space. I thought the field dimensions were the same for all MLS teams. Is this true?Comment -

#6Not all fields are the same. And a red card only counts for the competition it was issued.Comment -

I meant, the sizes for football pitches can vary.
Standard pitch measurements. Not all pitches are the same size, though 105m (115yd) by 68m (74yd) is the preferred size for many professional teams' stadia (for example: Camp Nou, San Siro, Old Trafford, Allianz Arena) with other pitches' size a slight variation (Stamford Bridge, Santiago Bernabeu, La Bombonera)
For example the Toyota Park stadium pitch dimensions are 120 yards (110 m) long by 75 yards (69 m) wide. Compare that to Upton Park of West Ham in the EPL 110 x 70 yards (100 m / 64 m). There can be quite big differences between football pitch sizes which can give an additional home advantage and help make games more tight or free flowing.Last edited by Karayilan9; 06-05-09, 09:54 PM.Comment -

#8Are you saying all MLS pitch sizes are the same? The OP asked 'I thought the field dimensions were the same for all MLS teams. Is this true?', and you replied 'yeah its true.'

#11No probs Kara, I had a feeling I knew what you meant but I wasnt sure.
I love Lithuania to beat Romania tommorow at around 2-1. In the first game they played in Romania, Lithuania won 3-0 and theyve played the better teams in the group.Comment
