impressive stats for Romania... only one loss in last 20 internationals with 13 clean sheets... including Spain, Italy and Netherlands...
Romanian football is on up last few years and they showed great fighting spirit and good counters in preparation friendlies, but i have to say they haven`t played anyone decent in meaningful game. France is not kind of team , who would feel any kind of pressure being a host nation for opening game. They are confident, they play well and they are class above...
Romania should give up initiative to France from a start, don`t think they wanna go out and starting running against France. i think some bit will depend on Giroud , how fast France will open result, he will get good service, as long as it`s not one of those days where he puts out his tongue and scratches head after wasted golden chances. and if so there is 3 - 4 more players able to score anytime. With Romanian best defender V. Chiriches, who is just a half cast for Spurs, they not gonna hold France for more than hour and in last half an hour France should seal it.
