They had chances. They just didn't take them. I think the pitch not being in the best shape got into their heads a little, but nothing can be done now.

Oh well. Can't always be on the right side of the breaks.

I don't think they will win. I'm not sure if the new pieces will fit, and either Bruin or Cummings has to step up and score some goals this season. The Dynamo are sort of in transition at the moment, while the Revs have Burnbury, Fagundez and Rowe now.

I'm thinking this could be a draw, but Houston is always so good at home, so a win wouldn't stun me. Of course, like you said, we haven't seen them on the field in a game that matters. Remains to be seen how good they can be. I'm hoping they can at least get back in the playoffs.

I honestly didn't see Bruin getting two goals tonight after a tough season in 2013, but if he can prove to be a consistent and reliable scorer this season the Dynamo will be in great shape.
