Quick thoughts about yesterdays games. Petrolul was definately a good pick, if you check the video you will know what I mean, it wasn't one of those 'it has to be fixed' scenarios. Petrolul collapsed to the pressure and players went ape shit, if that didnt happen, well....it might have been different; Astra's owner is a rich fuckker, he might have promised metan's players a bonus for a victory so the players could've been somewhat motivated, you can see from medeiros' goal that he celebrated like he just won the CL.
About pandurii with astra, result was as expected, I should have taken my own advice and take pandurii when they were down 1-0 but astra looked very good and I didn't consider it being a smart pick at that time.
Viitorul Constanta - Severin. Funny team this viitorul team, I took them on two dangerous occasions, away to steaua and away to bucuresti, I jokingly said it was a fix, the steaua game, but if it truely was then an everydays mortal like me would not have known about it. I thought steaua would field youngsters, but that wasnt the case, steaua fielded a pretty good squad, a squad that viitorul managed to trash. The dinamo game is a different one, dinamo really tried, they put some effort into it but viitorul were the better team.
Now severin are not a bad team, they might not have been so spectacular away from home but they can still pose a threat. I'm curious how viitorul will now play when there's no more pressure, but there could be some motivation and a bonus money-wise if they win. I'm afraid of severin's Florin Costea, the man is lethal and can score.

There's no value anywhere else today. Vaslui probably will win so there might be some there, concordia being a favorite is a waste, there were incredible in their last game vs pandurii, they dominated the game even in 10 men, scored a disallowed goal; but now that there's nothing worth fighting for, the odds are just not good.
