I personally haven't noticed any consistent trend and believe that it depends on what type of weather conditions a team is accustomed to. For example, high scoring teams, who are used to playing in the rain, will most likely continue to be high scoring teams, and teams not used to playing in rainy conditions will be unpredictable.
