SBR Points not working

Apologies, but I couldn't find the support section.

I have been unable to give SBR Points to members for quite a few months now. Is it a bug? Or have I been banned for being too generous? Either way, please, please, please can I have my SBR point giving permissions reinstated so I can enter Shari's US Open Contest.

Hi Daveyboy - I can't see anything on your account that would prevent you from giving points but as a non Pro you can't transfer more than 2 a day. Have you tried to give me 2pts and it didn't work? If so, let me know and I'll ask IT to look into for you.
