SBR Lines: Baseball Question?

Is it really necessary to use Bookmaker as the official opening line numbers for bases considering they use a 20c line?

Nobody bets at bookmaker for bases and bookmaker doesn't even want any baseball action for that matter. Not even the squarest of the square bet 20 cent lines in baseball. Why not use WSEX or Pinnacle to represent a more realistic opening line in baseball?
