    first two videos were fine, seemed coherent and well articulated, like he could at least hold down a minimum wage job and then qualify for section 8 housing and food.

    the third video i'm guessing he's either inebriated or off his meds. if he can avoid stuff like that though he should be fine.

    When we lived in Philly there was a homeless guy who “lived” up the street from us. Was a very articulate man but could tell right away when he started drinking / doing drugs. Just very sad
