Mortgage rates are now over 6% for the first time since 2008. Last year at this time they were 2.86%. This is yet another Joe Biden disaster for people buying first homes. And for people who already own homes, how many won’t move to avoid doubling their mortgage? A ton.

I'm no Obama fan either, Unemployment under Obama went from close to 10% to around 4.5% a drop of over 5%.. It had been trending down for several years when Trump was elected the 4.5% did keep dropping to 3.6% it's lowest under Trump! Shovel ready jobs. 787 Billion stimulus. You can keep your doctor if you want. ISIS, aka JV team, flourished. Fast and Furious. "You didn't build that!". IRS spying on conservatives. Spying on the Trump campaign. I forget the amount but Obama pumped something like 80 billion and month into the market for several months to artificially boost it. He made it legal for men to go into women's bathrooms. Oh and Obama added more to the debt that every president before him combined. Until Biden , he was clearly the worst president in history.
