I'm guessing when it's all said and done, he's "convicted" of "criminal mischief" or something, not the "acts of terrorism" everyone thinks he's going to be - and instead of a minimum of 48 years (which is what I've already seen in some reports) he gets 2 years, 5 probation, and he's out in 18 months.
