My guess is that there will be more pardons signed, than all of the EOs and memos he signed.

Just as many pardons that will be handed out ,,will be an equal amount of future bankruptcies. And to think ,,this was all over a fing vendetta.

This is where I am at now ,,in brief.

The President can not pardon himself, or at least that what was revealed during the Nixon days. He will have to resign just as Nixon and have Pence pardon him. A big ask for Trump and his inflated ego.

Now here is the biggest one, that is over looked. A pardon must be accepted in order to take effect (in writing). Which is to say that full guilt must be proclaimed to said crime, that is being pardoned. An even larger ask from Trump ,that finds it difficult to ever accept blame.

Now this is where it gets fuzzy for me, and that is whether a pardon can be given as a blanket for all crimes. Because at what point does Trump accept said pardon for lets say ,obstruction (just for discussion sake) He then will need to admit guilt to obstruction in order not to be punished for it. Again a pardon only allows a crime to be unpunished as long as there is admission of guilt.

Now as the can gets kicked down the road, they now find money laundering. Does the previous pardon still remain active as long as he simply admits to it?

Or is it a completely new charge and will be prosecuted? And lets say a Dem is now in office and refuses to pardon the Don.

At any rate I want this rooster_eater to pay,,,I have had it with all his Fake News BS ,, and I would like to thank CNN, NBC,CBS MSNBC and the NY Times , the Post etc etc etc for being diligent and persistent in searching out the truth.
