Took economics in the 80's . Jibby when the city raise taxes on your homes then I'm sure the rent just went up. Just as when fuel costs went up to the farmers they started charging more for groceries. Man you are killing me

My property taxes go up every year here in California and we are under rent control laws and we can't even increase rents legally to keep up with the market... No such rent increases are happening even though my property taxes are increasing Chico... Some of my rents are way under market value and there is nothing I can legally do about it..

New property tax increases are coming out now also because of the homeless problem we have here in LA, California.. Libs felt we needed to build homeless building projects and bill the tax payers.. The homeless now get a free roof over their heads and can now do their drugs in these new development projects. Whooopie!!!

I'm starting to hate this sanctuary city I live in.. We are in debt, it's beaned out, and property owners are getting screwed over on many levels.. Hard to turn a profit now..

We even save water and the water bills still go up.. It's none stop.. I'm thinking about selling everything and moving to Florida.. I do love living in So Cal though I can't lie.. Weather, entertainment and job opportunities are still great...

I like that the 7 countries that he barred he doesn't own hotels in. But the 3 countries he has hotels in get to come to america. i thought 9-11 guys came from saudi.
