only slight thing that concerns me is that big 10 is more of HFA league and i can't totally remember but i thought LT had one of the greatest HFA of all-time for a few years. .... the LT HFA could have been sample size biased and largely historical now?

anyway, i think LT is far better than illinois on neutral field. and i don't think i should overthink all this HFA stuff. when i looking on teamrankings.com it seems to jump all over the place year to year (i certainly believe in it in general of course)

If you watched the La Tech v. Houston game you know that they couldn't stop a damn thing. La Tech defense is so bad they need to score at least 40 points a game to win. If Illinois QB is healthy then you really can't bet this. No way of knowing if a good Illini defense can slow down La Tech, because La Tech won't slow down an above average Illini offense if they have their starting QB.
