Winner of Redskins/Steeler will influence election
The result of the final Redskins game before the presidential election is 17 for 17 in picking a winner in the presidential election.

If the Redskins win, the party currently in office will win the presidency (McCain)

If the opponent (Steelers) wins, a new party will be voted in (Obama)

This trend is 17 for 17.

    its nonsense

Have the Washington Redskins home game results correctly predicted presidential election outcomes since 1936?

Skins lost in 2004, but Republicans won the white house

As a Pittsburgh native and lifelong devoted Steelers fan and a person who already cast my vote for McCain, this creates quite the conundrum
