Think that they are good plays. TB should keep it close with that improved D. 7 points is a nice amount. Phil has hurt wideouts in Jackson/Maclin. I personally believe PHIL is overrated as is Vick. Balt has a great shot to win. Anything can happen, but playing both of them.
