What happened to ECU?

Earlier this year they were a possible BCS buster beating pretty good WVU and Va Tech teams. Now look at them, they are losing 10-3 to a pretty awful Central Florida team.

Its like not even watching the same team anymore. I realize they are missing their biggest playmaker on Defense but wow.
