Getting rid of Shockey was huge, just a cancer. Replace him with Boss.....who plays like Witten (dependable, blocks well, hustles).

As much as I hate to do it, you have to give Parcells credit. The Dallas meltdown is a carbon copy of what happened in New England. Weak coach gets a loaded team, wins in the first season but chokes in the playoffs, then it all goes downhill.

Pete Carroll: 10-6 (AFC East champs, beat a bad Miami team in the first round and lose 7-6 to Kordell Stewart and a not-so-good Steelers team). Then, 9-7 and 8-8 and fired.

Wade Phillips: 13-3 (out in second round).
