what do the betting limits mean?? for example
Knicks -200 vs Bucks +175
if the betting limit is $1000:
does this mean that i can bet $2000 on knicks to win $1000
and I can also bet $1000 on bucks to win $1750?

yes $1000 base amount except at a few books beted and intertops is risk only, very bad practice by them
