Heritage compensated me with a $100.00 FP with no rollover for my being inconvenienced

Was not looking for anything in compensation and would of much rather been given a correct name the first time but nice move on there part to make me feel like a valued customer

they did well by me today too. I retrieve a ** name on the online system. i sent the money online and went to put in info and it said sender name already used this week. I talked to live chat and at first they were like screw you basically. I got upset becasue it wasnt my fault. I sent it to the name it gave me with the name i put in.W>U wont let you change the senders name on online accounts so I talked to roger and he gave me a freeplay with no rollover. It sucks because now i have to wait for the money to go back to my card which could take days and i lost the fee, but at least they tried to make it right unlike some other books.

JJ heritage makes it verry easy for smaller deposits (2K under) unless your tossing in 10K like you do..and I agree with everything u said BronX...good stuff
