Car wash is like 150K minimum capital investment. Equipment, facility, etc.

I like the ones where they just have the vac's and spray down bays. You put in all the coin op shit and the cash to coin changer and the thing pretty much runs itself. Collect the money from the machines at night.

JJ, I've seriously considered many times, opening a couple places up here. A nice restaurant to hang, watch games and play pool in the back. Up here the business is better than any place in the Country.

Upper East side, in Manhattan, as busy as Grand Central/Times Square.
