Williams, I am a pack 12 guy and there's something that we both know. Pac 12 teams are way better at home than they are on the road--minus the conference's titans. I have never been able to fully understand the reasoning behind this, but I have a theory. I honestly believe that many Pac 12 players grew up believing that they're inferior to other big name confrences. Going to be a stereotype, but one that I believe is true. You need to have inner confidence to play in someone else's house. This conference has a lot of thug wannabes and these guys try to portray confidence, but deep down, they feel inferior and would rather self-destruct than give it their all and fail.

I do think we're becoming more competitive, but I wouldn't go so far as to say that we're better than Big 10. Not sure the conference would perform as well playing if most these games were away.

High3r........interesting theory. But, I can not relate having been born & raised in Southern California and a USC alum. In fact, at times......the confidence around the SC program during their mediocre years used to piss me off. Now, if I were from Corvallis, Pullman, etc. maybe I'd buy in your theory a bit more.

Nebraska and Wisconsin would of won if they were at home though. Conferences are about even with but USC is by far the best team.

Doubtful, Oregon is a deserving top 5 team. Their QB is the real deal, and an absolute monster in that offense.
