Some of the top restaurants in the world are in Vegas, just not of the brokedickfukk-$1.99-prime-rib variety.

I had a great experience at Binion's Steakhouse, but that's it. Them fancy prix-fixe restaurants are a couple (dozen) pay grades above my style.
