So, I was going over some of the college lines for this weekend and Virginia Tech is - 10 against Pittsburgh. To me, this sounds like a gift. Being as Pittsburgh is absolutely terrible.

Someone told me it opened at -9 (BetOnline). I think it went up to like 12-13 in some books and has settled back at around -10.
