on the chargers...just cause raiders might not be as well oiled with all the changes they've made just a guess ...but cleaning house on defense can't make em any worse than last year...so many roster and coaching changes...new off co-ordinator...raiders trying to establish a running game...tempted to go for the under..but will lay off
