What books in Vegas come out with the lines first and how early do they post them up for college football and NFL?

According to a vegas site I was looking at, William Hill has there lines up for NFL week 2 already, but no college yet. And it looks like Wynn has their lines up for both CFB week 3 and NFL week 2 already. Did these go up Sunday night or Monday morning? And is this usually when the Wynn puts lines up every week?

Wynns lines come up Sunday night for both NFL, and College.

I learned yesterday that the Wynn posts college lines at 2pm Las Vegas time, so I got there yesterday around 3:30 and the lines had already moved like crazy from what they opened at, though I still got some good lines

LVH comes out with lines on Monday, but you won't get the bad lines like the Wynn because LVH monitors Wynn line movement and factors that into their openers
