I just contacted betislands. They said they are aware of the issue and the site should be up shortly. And you can still place bets over the phone if you need to get them in, in the meantime.

Not all players are affected, and access should return as normal to every region soon. Players can place wagers as normal over the phone if desired in the meantime.
