#2Rarely, don't like being locked in for days. Too much can happen

#5I make bets 5 min before kickoff......I try to get the best number on a side I like, and if I don't get it or the line moves the wrong way, I pass......
Much better to lay off a bet than be locked in to a bad number from earlier in the week
Fun to check the lines throughout the week though, and maybe place small bets if you like something a lot earlyComment -

#6MLD, the value of a bet can change at anytime, even after the game starts. Assume team A starting QB,lets call him Tom Brady, gets hurt on the first play of any given game, your bet on Team has lost a lot of its value.
A lot of value found on openers, especially this early in the season.Comment -

#10Betting openers is highly overrated unless you are an expert modeler and sharper than the books which is less than 1% of gamblers. It's better to wait and read the lines and what the books are thinking by certain moves. It's important to know the difference between books taking a stand on a certain side and a gambler/whale betting big moving the line.Comment -

#11I bet the piss out of openers.
If you don't, you're a dipsh*t.
I realize this is harsh, but I feel its necessary to be honest on here.Comment -

#12I bet openers in all sports. My models are based on openers, and they've been rather successful for me.Comment -

Like I said before, Betting 5 min before kickoff I will never get a "terrible" line and much easier to simply pass on games that I don't find value inComment -

#1990% of my plays happen on Monday/Tuesday. By then you usually have a decent idea of the Injury report. Of course scalping occurs if it moves through a key number. If there is a question mark as far as a injury on a key player you need to wait.Comment -
