ASU might not win this game and they might not cover, but you guys saying ASU sucks are a bit off base I think.

What are you basing this on? They are 2-0 and have looked VERY good against the teams that have been put in front of them.

I can understand if one thinks they are not as good as the 2-0 record, or that they just will end up being an average team this year. I can get that. But to say that they "suck" after going 2-0 and looking great on both sides of the ball in those 2 games? I dont get it.

Personally, I have no opinion on this one. Im staying away. I dont think Mizzou is that great, but I need to wait and see how this young team responds in a hostile environment before I back my Devils on the road.

And nobody has disputed the fact that ASU has athletes the past few years. The issue has been discipline. The past two seasons, they have lost many a game by single digits because of lack of discipline and stupid mistakes.

Against Illinois, they had ONE penalty for 5 yards. And that was a delay of game penalty that they took on purpose.

Just by playing disciplined football, they will show big improvement this season. IMO.

Georgia may have the best defense in the country when they get their starters back. It's pretty stout now with Jarvis Jones and "Motel 6" John Jenkins. If Georgia has those three playing last weekend, Missouri probably doesn't score more than 10. They had a good team on the ropes for most of the game.

Mizzou is due for a bit of an emotional letdown too. I'd like the line to be at 7, but if I took a side it'd be Missouri.

But this still doesnt back your claim that ASU "sucks". Do you have some sort of reasonable arguement to back this claim up? Im assuming no.
