#15I assume you're talking about Turnberry and Panorama. The HOA fees are ridiculous in those things.
So much better off buying a house.Comment -

Trump Tower although 240,000 for a studio over priced but HOA only $315 per month (internet and tv included)
Gorgeous views even on lower floors, top shelf servicesComment -

#19These houses though imo too remote...too quiet
Sure cheaper than high rises but I like the closeness to everything and the tight security that high rises offer
Also in between Summerlin and HendersonComment -

#20I'd rather have the freedom of a house - away from the obnoxiousness of the strip.. and skip the HOA fees.Originally posted by jjgoldPanorama has some of lower HOA's fees in Vegas High Rises

#34Blueberry real estate mainly
Anything nice and in a good location is not cheap
Tons of cheap houses otherwise but then lower class element invades it and also property values do not hold well in cheap areas
Anything close to the strip I think long term does well and anything in good areas will do well againComment -
