I W.U You Wager. I dont mind providing proof. i know a business needs to cover there ass. What I mind is sending the info, then being told 2 days later they didnt receive this and that delaying my payout request.

Happy, your post has me thinking. Don't get me wrong BetJamaica is an awesome book. If this is your 3rd time sending in your info, kinda makes you wonder who's handling sensitive data like credit card information. I would hope it wouldn't be the Jamaican lady that does customer service. I don't think I would want small wage earning employees handling my stuff. SBR, is that why crap like this happens with payouts on occasion?

I would think SBR would be very familiar with the inner workings of this book? What type teir employee handles payouts here?

There are many BetJam players here, and I haven't seen many ppl bitching. If you have legit criticism, offer them up.

I think it is kind of shady to just throw that out there and not offer us something.

Ive heard from a couple of people the same story the guy is giving about asking for id's and kinda giving the run around. I use betjamaica myself and I have had mostly good experiences, but they dont need a tout, they are a good book that's been around for a while. Futhermore, I could care less what someone else thinks is fair or not. The truth is better than fair anyday.

If your biggest gripe is faxing IDs, then it really isn't much of a gripe at all.

The only thing that should matter is how fast they pay you. BetJam's payment history speaks for itself.

I thought since this is a forum about sharing experiences with books, it would help others if you had something valuable that wasn't already posted.

But that doesn't seem to be the case. You were just rehashing what has already been covered. Yeah, it sucks to have to send IDs, but if they are paying you within 72 hours in this market, that is a small miracle when compared to the other sheeite books.

I tried to deposit w/ BetJam at the beginning of football season and faxed along a voided check, id etc. When I called to see if they got the info they informed me that they only allow players with $x amount of wagers to use this deposit method. The information on the website about what deposit methods are available was at least seriously lacking and at most outright misleading.

The customer service wasn't very friendly either.
