It always helps to remember that the Admins are in Costa Rica. Expecting an immediate answer and getting impatient when you haven't received a reply within 30 minutes is rather pointless since you posted this at 10pm their time.

I'm sure if someone sees this thread tomorrow during business hours they'll respond. If not, send an email to forum@sbrforum.com. That's always the best way to get things resolved anyway.
