The guy was a 2 year member and just for using a couple profanities while drunk gets banned for life and gets kicked out from a contest where he already submitted his accounts.

I believe between Deuce, Richkas, and jjgold I have seen at least 10,000 profanities and none of them has been remotely come close to being banned (I think jjgold was accidentally banned for 24 hours after his ranting against pags and all hell broke lose till they reinstate him.) You can't have double standards. JMHO.

Ok guys, I've tried to explain this before and it fell on deaf ears. I'm sure it will again, but I'll try anyway.

madmaxx wasn't banned for anything to do with chat. He went on a tirade after being asked to tone stuff down in chat and that was what led to his suspension. I have since e-mailed him to make sure everything was calm again, but to date there has been no reply.

If the guy was warned...than he was warned. He should have calmed down after that. I think where some are having the problem is because he was reported by another poster. And there is one thing you dont want to do when it comes to gambling, gambling forums, gamblers,...or anything within the realm and that is to snitch. To me, its not a big deal. Do they have the ignore option in chat?

If there is an ignore feature, I'm not aware of it. All I know is you can pretty much control who is and isn't allowed in your own personal chat rooms. Basically each user is the mod of their own chatroom.

I'm questioning the length of the sentence. This will lead to a precedent if he is banned for life. If some poster does the same in the future I or someone else can ask for similar punishment. We all know what happened with Roe vs Wade.

According to Willie this is not the case ... he was notified he could come back if everything was calm ... he hasnt responded.

It says banned under his name. This means he can't log in. Maybe his IP address is blocked too. Let him post freely and we can judge if he behaves. Just because he got in an arguement with another poster it doen't mean he is bad with everyone. We are only hearing one part of the story by him being banned. It's not fair or just. Do NOT blame me for the guy getting banned. I have no power at all.

I can take insults, I do take insults regularly. Plenty of people rip me to shit when I do nothing at all to them.

But he took it too far. On four straight times I went into the chat room that he was in there he just took personal cheap shot after personal cheap shot. Calling me fat, calling me a loser, making fun of my voice, making comments about my girlfriend, telling me "everyone at SBR hates you because they don't want to see your fat face spouting picks"...

Honestly, go fvck yourself if you think that because I put up a video that should give someone a free pass to talk to me that way every single time I enter the chatroom. I can take an insult just fine, but he was completely out of line and I brought it to SBR's attention.

THAT didn't get him banned. Him saying he was going to take anthrax and kill all of us at the next SBR bash had a lot more to do with it than I did.

Do not put this on me.
