    Question for soccer bettors
    Is there anything like a Sportsinsights for soccer, meaning some sort of line service that shows openers and what percentage of bettors are on each side and total?

    I'm mostly a market reader/public fader when it comes to sports betting and I'd like to add soccer to my arsenal, but I can't seem to get a feel for it.

      I haven't seen anything like this. I looked around at one point, but gave up. Soccer markets aren't very liquid.

        Wha? The big Euro leagues have to be super liquid. You seen the volume on the EPL at Betfair?

        I think the problem is with the number of markets for any given event - providing a complete line/bet tracking service must be hell.

        I tried betexplorer.com to get openers and line moves, but they seem to be pulling the lines straight out of their asses. It never matches the sportsbooks real lines.

          Yea, I can see that. I stick to MLS, I guess I should have clarified...

          edit. misread your betex part... yea, i had never tried to tie them to the sportsbooks.. that's good to know...

            I have yet not found a place that can provide such info ... with so many worldwide activity over the entire week ... I imagine that it would be mostly impossible to have such.

                  What about if you focus on just one large book?, that could certainly be somewhat representative of the overall market.

                      Send a pm to Sean about adding major soccer leagues to SBR Odds. Has been requested before, and initial response seemed positive. So maybe now is the time.
