They will settle a deal with DirecTV soon, they're both just playing hardball about the terms of the contract. I'd be pretty surprised if they didn't have a deal done before Week 3

It is on a local cable provider here - cox communications in Arizona.

DTV will have the PAC-12 network, but they are trying to strong arm one another right now. These deals always get done.
