Tulane is rumored to have improved. Is it a stretch to think that they will be able to hang in at +25 against a conference foe on the road?

Fading Tulane was money last year. I got burned picking Rutgers to cover..I didn't see any of the game to see how they looked. Think I'll lay off for awhile.
