Penn State backlash of opening loss?
Penn State at +10 at UVA may be an an overblown media reaction to non-football related jargon. Ohio may prove to be a better team than UVA. My gut tells me to take PSU. My take is that this game will be in the 17-10 range for UVA at home. Thoughts?

It's not overblown. They are that bad.

That game vs. Ohio was one of the single most poorly coached games I've ever witnessed.

Bill O'Brien better get his act together in a hurry if he wants to continue to be employed after this season.

How does the media influence the oddsmakers? The line may be influenced throughout the week one way or another based on media hype however it doesnt appear that is whats going on...

Good point about media not influencing odds-makers. While I agree that Penn State isn't very good, I know very little about UVA. Their Richmond win offers little to go on. Might be a game to avoid altogether?

17-10 is a very good prediction, but that means take the under, Penn St. probably covers but should be a low scoring game.

O'Brien not going anywhere unless he wants out. Who would want the job?

That and his nearly decade-long guaranteed contract.
