I'd have to say Drayton Florence, who missed the final cut by Denver, but was quickly signed with Detroit.

Florence has been a solid starting CB his entire career and signed to a nice contract by Denver as a free agent this offseason. It sounds like he is more of a cap causualty rather than cut because of performance. He didn't last long on the free agent market, the Lions grabbed him immediately.
