How come in between Innings you only have 30 seconds once the ML is posted for both teams to make a choice??? WTF is going on? Is everyone else seeing what I'm seeing???

Exactly. It's like they didn't want to keep the ML up at all. They had the Run Line and Totals... but the ML wouldn't stay up. Even a few times the ML didn't even come up once during commercial breaks (between Innings.)
