this is the best Louisville team Charlie Strong has had since being there. They should win the Big East. although i think the cover the spread I just dont like laying 14 points. parlayed Louis ML with Djoker

How is QB Smith and why did he not play in last year's bowl game? I know he is young, but I saw where he has been taking all the starting snaps due to the other QB being injured.

far as total goes i agree it under or pass, uk is very deep and talented up front on d and from what i hear there plenty of rain that should negate ville advantage thru the air..this thing feels a lot like 20-17 to me..

your phrasing makes it sound like im fading zoo which certainly isnt the case..i just see a sloppy gm where covering 14 seems like a lot to ask....no offense to anyone but i dont just fade anyone (well maybe landers once or twice )

First KY did not go to a bowl game last year. Second if you are refering to the Tenn game a WR played QB and KY won. Lastly Smith is decent but not the answer to this team needing to be successful. Depth is going to be an issue for this team no matter what you read. Any injuries to the OL or DL is going to be a challenge. Joker will play out of the Wildcat formation at time today and look to see if its Jalen Whitlow backup OB or Bookie Cobbins WR/QB. Both guys are really quick so that might help considering the weather in the area. Passing game will be non existant and past winners of this game have led rushing numbers. Play the under 42'.

Sorry, you are correct! I was looking at ESPN and thought the last game vs. Tenn was a bowl game.

On Louisville -14 for 2 units. I think their defense is too much for UK, and while the rain makes me a bit hesitant to lay all those points, I think this Louisville team is strong enough to tear them up on the run game, force turnovers, etc.

I louisvillehere at-13. Kentucky is going to struggle to move the ball. I think Louisville wont have many probelms against a Kentucky D with only a couple returning starters on a very bad defense to begin with. Look for loiusville to wear them down with a running game plan.

personally i thiink weather can be a double edged sword as many times bad weather leads to turnovers that directly result in points so while yea a case can be made that passing be more difficult rain/snow alone never determines why i play a total...now wind is another story
