panner, my heart wont pop.. i am in better shape now. since my last vid, i have dropped 19 lbs, NO JOKE.. you will see in my next youtube vid how much i have trimmed.. i have gone from 298 lbs to 279 lbs.


if you want to compare to see i am not lying.. when i make my next vid, compare it to the basketball vid, when i shot backwards. i just saw that vid now and i looked like a big fat fukk.. i am 2 sizes smaller now.. my pants i wore that day are good for the garbage now.. they dont even fit. they fall to the ground.

if you want to know how i did it.. very easy.. CAFFEINE.. i swear, i hate coffee with a passion, but i have learnt to like it.. i drink 9 a day and my appetite has really really decreased. i hardly eat. i ate 2 bananas all day.. i have no appetite.. it cuts it and makes you eat less and sparks up metabolism.. you overweight people should try it..
