I too had an issue with chat, where there seemed to be a language barrier. I sort of sensed that it was pointless to continue to use chat if I wanted to discuss something that required details. So, now I call. Also, and I made a thread on this, but 5dimes ended up giving a free $65 as a result of an issue with their processor and my honesty. Will just go back with BetIslands. Used them before without a problem. This issue was partly my fault, I agreed. But their software led to the misunderstanding, and their CS certainly did not help at all. I am only out 45$ as a result, so what can you do.
