Out of work?Anyone thinking of setting up a non profit?Beats gambling for $$$
I live near Duluth,Minnesota which is a nice place to visit but where no one wants to live. It's the incredible shrinking city but the outlining areas are growing. It's totally run by democrats and the city is in bankruptcy because the union leaders are on the city council and give into the city employees outrageous contract demands. The funny thing is,even those people want to live outside of the city because it's cheaper and safer. The city is a virtual magnate for people from Detroit and Chicago to move to because of the generous benefits. The city was forced to auction off antique stained glass windows that were gifted to them in the 1800's from a lumber baron that lived there.

It just came out that Duluth which is not even 100,000 in population anymore has as many non profit charities as a city the size of Atlanta.Per capita,Duluth is the non profit champion of the world.I see the crap these non profits are pushing on a daily basis by watching the local news. The other day one group hung a 50 yard clothes line on the tourist lake walk along Lake Superior with shirts of women who claim they were in abusive relationships.I can imagine what the head poverty pimp running that non profit skims off the pot.

** Kinley Boston was a stud football player at the University of Minnesota and became the athletic director there. The guy was so crooked and inept as the AD that they had to fire him.In order for the state not to get sued in a discrimination lawsuit they funded his shakedown non profit to do a study on how better to serve children's recreation programs. The guy turned in a dog ate my homework crude 15 page report probably in color crayon and walked away with 400K.They were reading it on a talk radio show and it was like Beaver Cleaver composed it.

So why not start a non profit instead of risking big money gambling?Has anyone ever thought about getting into the poverty pimp business?Another group in my area that pretended to be a non profit got caught selling generic cookies door to door for a cause. They didn't have the bucks to legitimize themselves by at least going to those specialty cookie companies that label the boxes as charity sales.

Sounds like a great plan, just make your nonprofit group's name to look like a major nonprofit. Call yourself Salvations Army instead of the real nonprofit Salvation Army and money will be pouring in. Then keep 75% of the money as "administrative fees", donate the rest to good causes and you're set!
